Our take
Harmony Suites - Monte Carlo earns its 9.2 rating with family logistics done well: suites with kitchenettes and washing machines, a kids' pool beside the seasonal outdoor pool, a sauna and yoga classes, under 1 km from the beach and close to Action AquaPark. I would book it for a long summer stay with young children. There is no casino, and the pools are seasonal only.
