Horizon by SkyCity
Horizon by SkyCity sits inside Auckland's best-known entertainment complex, a short walk from both the SkyCity Auckland Convention Centre and the Sky Tower, with Aotea Square and Viaduct Harbour both close by. Rooms carry sea views and air conditioning as standard, and the on-site restaurant runs a seafood, steakhouse and European menu with vegetarian and gluten-free options, backed by a bar for evening drinks. A 24-hour front desk, concierge service and full-day security cover the practical side of a stay in the middle of the city's busiest entertainment precinct. The building itself is part of the wider SkyCity complex, which anchors Auckland's identity as one of the Pacific's better-known gaming-capital cities, though the stay here is built entirely around the rooms, the restaurant menu and the sea views rather than anything happening on the complex's casino floor.
