Quest Preston
Quest Preston is built for guests who want the self-sufficiency of an apartment without giving up the conveniences of a hotel: fully equipped kitchens, a private bathroom, air-conditioning, and a balcony in every room, plus a dining area for meals that don't require a restaurant reservation. A fitness centre, garden, and outdoor seating area cover downtime, and a business area with laundry service handles the practical side of a longer trip. Barbecue facilities let guests eat outside on a good evening rather than in a hotel dining room every night. The property sits nine kilometres from Essendon Fields Airport and within reach of the Melbourne Museum and Melbourne Zoo, useful for a family trip with kids keen on animals as much as galleries. It's a straightforward, practical base rather than a design showcase, built around getting the essentials right for a longer stay.
- Fully equipped kitchens

- Stock the kitchen with groceries on arrival day, the fully equipped setup makes cooking genuinely practical here.
- Use the outdoor seating and barbecue facilities for at least one evening meal instead of driving into the CBD.
- Confirm laundry service hours if a mid-trip wash is part of the plan for a longer stay.
