Our take
Usad'ba Khludova brings five-star boutique comfort to Sochi with a pool, a full-service spa, fitness facilities and beach access. Some rooms have a kitchen, which suits longer stays, and free WiFi, free parking and a pet-friendly policy add practical value. Guests rate it 9.0 from 71 reviews. I recommend it to families and couples who want a smaller, well-equipped hotel by the sea rather than a large resort, especially if they travel with a pet.

- Take advantage of the full-service spa for a relaxing afternoon after a day by the pool or beach.
